The ODMA Eye Talk Reference Guide
The Eye Talk Reference Guide was originally started in 1980, by Margaret McCann and Tony Hanks. From simple beginnings as a four page Suggested Opthalmic Retail Price List, the original project has since grown into an essential reference book of more than 170 pages.
As of August 2014, Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association (ODMA) acquired the Eye Talk business. Margaret and Tony continue to be involved in the operation of Eye Talk and will continue to do so for a couple of years.
The ODMA Eye Talk Reference Guide contains a wide range of important reference information for use in practices every day and is updated quarterly to keep up with the changes and additions in the marketplace.
Eye Talk Digital
Eye Talk Digital is a service we provide to work alongside and integrate with the Eye Talk Reference Guide. Subscribers can use this service to download the updated quarterly file with all its changes and additions and this can be uploaded into popular practice management software systems, eliminating the need to manually enter these in.
Eye Talk Web App
Eye Talk Web App is also a great tool which allows you to access data from the Eye Talk Reference Guide and also create customised lists for each practice. The app is available as part of the Eye Talk Digital subscription.
