    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who complete the designated survey and opt in to participate in the prize draw. Employees of the Promoter or any related entities and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

    The prize is awarded to the optical business owner or employer of the entrant and is not transferable. To enter, participants must complete the entire survey and expressly opt in to participate in the prize draw by checking the relevant box at the end of the survey. Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. All previous entries will be included in the draw commencing 19/08/2025.

    The prize draw opens on 19/08/2025 and closes at 5pm 19/09/25 AEST. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

    One (1) prize will be awarded: Fitness Action Program provided by Retail Doctor Group. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

    Each valid survey entry will be assigned a unique user ID. The list of eligible user IDs will be provided to ODMA via an independent third-party, who will conduct a random draw using an online randomizer on 23/09/2025. One (1) winning ID will be drawn at random. The corresponding entry will be matched with the participant’s contact details.

    The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

    Personal information provided in the survey will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Only user IDs will be shared with ODMA for the purpose of conducting the random draw. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed to ODMA. The winning participant's contact details will only be shared with ODMA once a winning ID is drawn to facilitate prize delivery.

    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition if required. This promotion is a game of chance. The outcome is based purely on random selection. This promotion complies with relevant state and territory regulations and does not require a permit due to the total prize value being below applicable thresholds.
